- ◆Protect withdrawal time as a leadership practice
- ◆Notice which decisions were made while depleted
Opening question
When did you last make a significant decision while rested?
Discussion questions
- 1.What is our pattern before big decisions?
- 2.Does our culture reward exhaustion?
- 3.Where in the week is silence actually possible?
- 4.Who would notice if a leader here burned out?
Group exercise

- 2Total the hours in each column
- 3Mark the weeks where withdrawal was zero
